Let's Find Your Next Property

"Last week I was pedaling around my new neighborhood, thinking, “Wow, I love this neighborhood and my new home.” My immediate thought to follow was, I owe SO MUCH THANKS and HUGE APPRECIATION for Mr. Brad Hammond. Not only a really great realtor but a really great human being. “What makes you say that?” you might ask. Well, look no further for your answer. Brad spent YEARS (no exaggeration) with me searching not only the perfect house but the PERFECT HOME FOR ME. This easily included looking at 50+ homes in person/online (probably closer to 75-100 if I count for every online listing I sent his way - thanks again for your patience sir - and he would provide feedback to all!). I had many particulars and a certain budget and my home ended up hitting all the marks. When looking at houses Brad not only went into depth with me about my financial goals but even more important to me, my lifestyle goals and how the home would fit into those all while remaining within my budget (i.e. yard for dogs, house where I could try some projects on a home but nothing that needed major repair, a place where I could walk to local coffee shops and stores, close to work, etc.). One of the continuous most beneficial things Brad would do with me when I found a home I liked, we would review together all the pros and then the cons which I appreciated him still shedding light on things with houses that weren’t perfect and/or even if it was a great house, was it great for me? With the heavy amount of transparency, I could tell he wanted to not only help me find a home, but find me the RIGHT home. Brad had the ability to balance kindness and firmness with putting in an offer on my new home and ended up getting me the price I wanted for the house! With his connections with mortage loaners and the deal we came to the table with that fit what I was comfortable with, we were even able to beat out higher bids to get the dream starter home for me!! Thank you Brad! Even months after moving into my new home Brad has continued to be there for further recommendations for house needs thanks to all his great connections within the PNW community. I would (and already have to friends) 100% recommend Brad over and over again to have as your realtor! Thanks Brad!!!"

"Brad was an amazing realtor, and I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Buying a house is a stressful, agonizing process. He had thoughtful suggestions, patience with our deliberations, and was responsive in getting back to us either via email or text. While Brad toured houses with us, he pointed out inherent pros and cons of each house and neighborhoods we examined. So many times they were things we hadn’t noticed. When we found the one we wanted, he had great suggestions on closing and how to move forward quickly and aggressively. He also was great in keeping in contact with the seller’s agent. We’re so happy we went with him, and we still can’t believe this house is ours!"

"Brad is a dream to work with. We have worked with him to purchase a few properties. He is patient, and always helps ensure that we are making the best choice for us. He goes above and beyond."

"I bought my house with the intention of a live-in flip. I told Brad my idea and he ran. He was great. He gave me honest feedback on houses. Not surface level, “oh these counters look great.” But “This house is going to make your margins tight.” “This piping is flaking, I would be looking at replacing this with Pex.” I mean the guy’s a gem. He works hard, too. The house that I eventually ended up on was having a had a couple issues with moisture buildup in the bathroom. Being built in the 60’s and having no fan, it was pretty dingy. Brad helped me remove mold out of the bathroom and even patched a hole on the ceiling. This in-turn ensured a smooth closing. I don’t usually give long reviews, but this guy deserves one. He got me a great deal in a great location. Thank you, Brad. P.S. This guy makes one heck of handyman"
