"Last week I was pedaling around my new neighborhood, thinking, “Wow, I love this neighborhood and my new home.” My immediate thought to follow was, I owe SO MUCH THANKS and HUGE APPRECIATION for Mr. Brad Hammond. One of the continuous most beneficial things Brad would do with me when I found a home I liked, we would review together all the pros and then the cons which I appreciated him still shedding light on things with houses that weren’t perfect and/or even if it was a great house, was it great for me? With the heavy amount of transparency, I could tell he wanted to not only help me find a home, but find me the RIGHT home. Brad had the ability to balance kindness and firmness with putting in an offer on my new home and ended up getting me the price I wanted for the house! With his connections with mortage loaners and the deal we came to the table with that fit what I was comfortable with, we were even able to beat out higher bids to get the dream starter home for me!! Thank you Brad! Even months after moving into my new home Brad has continued to be there for further recommendations for house needs thanks to all his great connections within the PNW community.
